FAQ:

I'm getting a type 500 error when I try to log in.
When logging in, retype your current email/network password. Your browser will frequently have an old password cached. This system authenticates against the Active Directory. This means that when you update your main email/network password, this site also wants that new password.

I'm trying to order 12" x 18" posters
Use the color copies category, and choose cover stock. The categories are defined by the equipment they are printed on. While we call 12" x 18" prints posters, and use them as such on site, they are printed on the toner-based press and not the large format printers. They're also much cheaper than large format prints!

First Time Users:
Click on the "Log In" link at the top right corner of this page.

VERY IMPORTANT - Go to the "Registered Users" section, even if this is the very first time you've logged in. Do not use the first-time non AUHSD section (this will cause problems with your account and you will not be able to log in).

Username: Your current AUHSD username (do not include the @auhsd.us from your email)

Password: Your current AUHSD password

When you log in for the first time, you will be taken to your Profile page. Please enter your site and contact information.

The very first time you log in, your account needs to be activated. The print shop will receive an email notification, and will activate your account. When this is complete, start entering jobs!
